Keep photos in context
Take or import photos, assign them to a point and adjust their order and captions. Before/after photos document how an issue was resolved.

Use arrows, circles, boxes, text or redaction to mark what matters. Areas and external issue references help identify the right item.
Review the finished report
The export check and PDF preview help you check content and order before the handoff. Your company name and logo are included in the free version.
Share PDF or ZIP
Share a compact PDF report or a ZIP with the report and included images. Large Photo Pages, sign-offs and issue CSV are part of Lifetime Pro.

What can I use for free?
Keep one complete Photo Documentation report and one issue report for free, with unlimited points and photos, company name and logo, and compact PDF and ZIP export.
What does Lifetime Pro unlock?
Lifetime Pro is a one-time in-app purchase with no subscription. It unlocks unlimited reports, Large Photo Pages, sign-offs in PDF and ZIP, CSV export for issue reports, and custom starting templates. The app shows the current price before purchase.
How are my free reports counted?
The free limit counts your existing reports of each type. Sample reports do not count; your archived reports still count. Deleting one of your reports frees the slot for that type. There is no lifetime export limit.
Do I need an account or internet access?
Documentation and export work without an account or internet connection. Buying and restoring Lifetime Pro use the App Store.
Can I work on iPhone and iPad?
Reports and photos stay on each device. FieldProof does not currently sync them automatically between iPhone and iPad. You can create a backup and restore it on another device; PDF and ZIP are for sharing reports.
