This page explains which data ShowCue processes and how support, feedback, preflight, and Apple services are involved.
ShowCue
ShowCue stores shows, cues, cue notes, colors, volume and run-order settings, and local audio files on your device. The app does not use a custom user account or custom cloud sync.
Audio files are processed only when you select or import them yourself. ShowCue does not promise streaming services, does not load streaming catalogs, and does not automatically send audio files to Tom Golbach.
Preflight information about missing files, output route, volume, and backup status is processed for display inside the app. These checks support the local event flow and are not automatically sent to the developer.
If you share shows, files, or backups through iOS Files, AirDrop, sharing, or other services, the selected Apple or third-party service handles that data under its own rules. ShowCue does not operate a custom cloud service for this.
Support emails or feedback may include app version, build, device, iOS version, bundle ID, language, and your description. These details are sent only when you submit the message yourself.
