Which audio files can I use?
ShowCue works with local audio files that you select or import yourself. If a file is missing, import or replace it again before the event. Streaming services are not part of ShowCue.
What helps with audio output issues?
Before the run, check the iOS output route, test the target speaker or mixer, and watch for output changes during the event.
How should I check volume and preflight?
Run preflight before the event, test device volume, and play critical cues once through the actual output setup.
What should I know about backups?
Keep the original audio files reachable and back up shows or files before the event using the file and sharing features available in your version.
How do I send preview feedback?
Use TestFlight feedback or the email address on this page. Please mention which cue, file, or output route was affected.
