No. It is not an invoice maker. It helps you follow up on invoices you already created in another tool.
Does the app send emails automatically?
No. Kindly Paid prepares drafts; you stay in control of what is sent.
Do I need an account?
No. The app does not use a custom login. Sync, when enabled, uses Apple's iCloud infrastructure.
