Kindly Paid

App-specific privacy details.

Data processed by the app

Kindly Paid processes clients, payment cases, amounts, due dates, follow-up stages, notes, templates, draft text, status changes, and app settings. Existing invoice PDFs can optionally be attached as context to payment cases.

Storage and iCloud

The app stores data with SwiftData. When iCloud sync is enabled and available, data is synchronized through Apple's private CloudKit infrastructure across your own devices. Kindly Paid does not use a custom user account or custom app backend.

PDF attachments and files

PDF attachments are processed only when you actively select them. The app uses them as context for the relevant payment case and, based on the current project, does not send them to developer-run servers.

Email drafts

Kindly Paid prepares follow-up text but does not send emails automatically. If you hand a draft to Mail or another app, the selected service processes the message under its own rules.

Optional text rewriting

Template drafts are available without AI features. When rewriting through Apple Foundation Models is available, it uses Apple's system functionality on compatible devices based on the current project.

Notifications and badge

If you enable reminders, the app schedules local iOS notifications and can set the app badge for due follow-ups. Notification contents are not transmitted to the developer.

Purchases and subscriptions

Kindly Paid Pro is handled through Apple StoreKit. Apple processes payment and subscription data under Apple's terms; the app receives only the purchase or subscription state needed to unlock features.

No tracking

The privacy manifest declares no tracking and no data types collected by the developer. For privacy or support questions: info@tomgolbach.de.
