Do I need an account?
No. Kindly Paid does not use a custom login. iCloud sync uses your Apple ID if iCloud is enabled on your device.
Does Kindly Paid create invoices?
No. The app is for following up on existing invoices. You continue creating invoices in your existing tool.
Why does the app not send emails automatically?
Kindly Paid creates drafts and deliberately keeps you in control. You review the text and send it yourself in your mail app.
How do reminders work?
The app schedules local iOS notifications for the next useful follow-up step. You can mark payment cases as sent, paid, snoozed, or paused.
What helps with iCloud issues?
Check that iCloud Drive and iCloud for Kindly Paid are enabled and that all devices use the same Apple ID.
What should I include in a support email?
Device, iOS version, app version, whether iCloud is enabled, and which screen or payment status is affected. Please avoid sending sensitive client data unless it is needed for diagnosis.
