Progress & analysis
Every ride adds up: 24 private milestones in Cyclr Pro
Not every ride needs to be a personal best. Progress often comes from getting out regularly. Cyclr 2.8.4 adds 24 private milestones to Cyclr Pro, covering distance, elevation gain, rides and riding time.
Progress across your rides
The milestones reflect different aspects of cycling. Distance shows how much ground you have covered, while elevation gain captures your climbing. Ride count and total riding time show how often and how long you have been on the bike.
The view shows targets, progress and unlocked milestones, so you can see what you have already achieved and what you are approaching next. These milestones are private and are included in Cyclr Pro.
Unlocked milestones across your devices
With iCloud Sync enabled, milestone unlocks are shared across your devices. This depends on having synchronization switched on.
The milestone view also includes accessibility improvements to make targets and progress easier to follow.
More clarity when looking back at a ride
Alongside the new milestones, version 2.8.4 improves ride analysis. Saved heart-rate, cadence and power data are shown reliably when you reopen a ride.
The heart-rate range is summarized more clearly, and sensor coverage is displayed compactly. This helps you understand how complete the sensor data for a recorded ride is.
Other changes make tab switching more reliable after repeatedly tapping Live, improve weather recommendations during rain and help you find rides and routes after an interrupted Spotlight update.
